Delta Dental is accepted by Dr. Francisco Suarez, and our team helps coordinate the benefits your plan provides toward your treatment. Not sure what your plan covers? Bring your insurance information to your consultation and we will help you find out.
Our office will gladly submit insurance claims for you to keep the stress of dealing with dental insurance off your plate. We will be able to let you know how much is covered by your insurance and do everything we can to maximize your dental insurance benefits.
Please remember that your dental insurance policy is an agreement between your employer and your insurance company. You are responsible for all professional fees at the time of service, regardless of coverage. Any financial agreements presented are an estimate of what the insurance company might pay; they may not be exact.
At all times, you can be confident that we will always provide you with our best services and recommend any treatment you may need without regard to the limitations imposed by your insurance coverage. To do otherwise would violate our moral obligation to provide you with the best dental care and help you achieve your best dental health.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage. All treatment is to be paid in full on the date of service unless you have made other arrangements with our office prior to treatment being started.

Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. When an appointment is missed or changed without enough notice, it affects our team and other patients who may have been waiting for care.
We understand that unexpected situations come up. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact our office at least 48 business hours, or 2 business days, before your appointment.
Appointments missed or changed without at least 2 business days’ notice may be subject to a fee.
